Our daily diet must contain 1 teaspoon of salt (as per- WHO). People suffering with low blood pressure must keep water with a pinch of salt handy with them as gives an instant boost.
3. Tulsi Leaves: Normally, Chewing Tulsi leaves are not considered good for teeths. But if you have Low blood pressure than chewing five to six tulsi leaves early morning might help, as Tulsi leaves are high in potassium, magnesium and vitamin c which can help in regulating your blood pressure. Drinking Tulsi leaves water can also help.
4. Munakka/ Dried Grapes with seeds: For you blood pressure issues you can also try soaking some Munakkaovernight and then boil it with milk and have it in the morning. This Indian remedy is beneficial for a healthy blood pressure.
5. Tea or Coffee - People suffering from Low blood pressure can try caffeinated beverages to normalize their blood pressure, you can try tea or coffee which may help in boosting your blood pressure temporarily.
