Foods that should be avoided with curd -
Never ever pair Fish with Curd - There are several fish dishes that are prepared with curd and other dairy products, thus the theory of side effects like skin pigmentation become redundant. But the most common reason is that you should never pair two protein-rich food together especially if the source of protein is from the same pedigree. As dairy is derived from animal milk, it is usually avoided from being paired with non-veg items including meats and fish. It can cause acidity, allergies, and other kinds of reactions in the body which can be or cannot be serious depending on the person.
Curd and Cheese - Mixing cheese and curd together can cause acidic and alkaline disbalance which can be harmful for your health and you can get sick, normally cheese is consumed in melted and heated form and curd is consumed cold, because of the nature of these two products. It is suggested that you should avoid eating curd and cheese together.
Potatoes with curd - Although potatoes and curd is famous in India as a dish but together it can also cause weight gain so if you are trying to shed some load off your waist than it is not recommended to eat potatoes with curd.
Non-Veg. with curd - One should avoid eating curd after they had a non-vegetarian meal. This may not react in a good way and cause digestive problems.
Fruits with curd - Generally, no fruits should be eaten with curd but when it comes to sour fruits then it can really cause problems in your digestive system. It is suggested to avoid fruits with curd for a healthy gut.
Dates And Black Gram Whole (black gram lentils aka urad) - Both of these items should be avoided with curd as the combination of curd with these items can create health problems.
