The next morning bring that coriander seeds soaked water to boil, strain it and drink it empty stomach. Coriander is extremely rich in folate, antioxidants, vitamin C, and beta-carotene that helps in hormone regulation.  It is useful for soothing both allergies and arthritis, plus it helps in improving digestion, mouth ulcers, regulates blood sugar, reduces cholesterol, helps in clearing acne.
